As we all start our new year rituals, and reflect on what was. I decided to look back at my 2014 projects. If I go back the very first project of 2014, my hood! Omg I can’t tell you how proud I was ☺️ and that was my first time using Madelinetosh ASAP. If you haven’t used, I tell you, you MUST! If I had to pick the project I was most proud of, that would be a tie between my Cardigan from Wool and the Gang, my so Faux cowl and my City Cape from Purlbee 😍😍😍!! I could talk forever, so I’ll let you have a look see.

It was a great year knitting wise for me as I conquered my “icantmakeasweater” fear. With my travels I made a ton of new knit friends. I finally got to the Rhinebeck sheep and wool festival AND I will start the year off with Vogue Knitting Live NYC! I can’t wait! I learned that I can knit whatever I want. I have to erase ” I can’t knit that” from my head. I mean, the new stitches I have learned, just a really decent year in knitting, if I must say so myself.

2015 knitting goals? Yup, I have them. I would love to learn design and with that will come my signature GGmadeit piece. Do you have any craft related goals? Let’s discuss in the comments.

Happy KNIT year
